• Device Information and interaction activity of User device with our App.

The App needs access to device storage in order to save pictures, videos & offline news the User is interested in. The App serves news and content based on the User's manually entered PIN code — no GPS or automatic location access is used. Users can share and submit content using the device camera.

1.2 Personally Identifiable Information (PII Data) & Non-PII data:

Includes Email ID, Mobile Number, and Advertiser ID, collected in specific circumstances:

• Commenting on posts requires Email ID for moderation purposes.
• Submitting news articles requires Email ID and Mobile Number for verification.
• Advertiser ID is used solely for re-targeting purposes.

Apart from the above mentioned primary purposes, VajiOne may use Your personal information for the following purposes:

• Your email address is used to identify You while logging into the App. VajiOne may use this information to control Your access to the App, to communicate with the User, and customize Your experience.
• Your email address will be used to send user information, administrative information, changes in account settings, and any changes to the App or new policies of VajiOne.
• VajiOne may use the personal information provided by the User to prevent or take action against activities that are in breach of the "VajiOne User Agreement," "Terms and Conditions," or any applicable laws.

VajiOne adopts appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of Your personal information, username, password, and data stored on the App. Personal Data collected is encrypted and stored in our Database.

VajiOne cannot guarantee the security of any information obtained through unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors that may compromise the security of user information at any time. It is important for the User to prevent unauthorized access to his/her account and personal information by limiting access to his/her device.

How Long We Retain Your Data

Ganapathineedi Technologies Pvt Ltd (VajiOne) retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:

• Account data (Email ID, Mobile Number): Retained for the duration of your active account and up to 2 years after account deletion or last activity.
• Device & Technological Data (IP Address, Device Info): Retained for up to 12 months.
• Advertiser ID: Retained for up to 90 days and then permanently deleted.
• User-submitted content (articles, comments): Retained for up to 3 years or until you request deletion.

After the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted or anonymized so it can no longer be associated with you.

How to Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. To submit a data deletion request:

• By Email: Send a request to ganapathineedi2021@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" along with your registered Email ID or Mobile Number.
• Response Time: We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

Please note that deleting your data will result in the permanent deactivation of your VajiOne account and loss of all associated content and preferences.

Users are advised to exercise caution, ensuring the authenticity of products/services before making transactions. VajiOne disclaims responsibility for any issues related to products/services.

The App may include advertisements for, information about, or links to, other businesses or Internet websites or apps or resources operated by other persons (collectively "Third Party Websites & Apps"). Third Party Websites & Apps are independent from VajiOne and VajiOne has no responsibility or liability for or control over them. Your use of Third-Party Websites & Apps is at your own risk.
